Dmitrii Donskov is the best coach of the Women's Premier League

The head coach of the UMMC basketball club, Dmitrii Donskov, was recognized as the best coach of the 2023/24 season among women's clubs in the Russian Premier League. The Russian Basketball Federation announced this at the annual meeting with club representatives.

On May 21, the traditional meeting of the Russian Basketball Federation (RBF) and the leaders of the Women's Premier League clubs took place in Moscow where they summarized the results of the past season and discussed matters related to the 2024/25 season, including competition structure, tournament organization system, schedule, and championship regulations.

Following the meeting, the regulations and organization system for the upcoming season will be determined, and a calendar for all women's tournaments will be compiled. At the end of the meeting, the UMMC basketball club, represented by general manager Maxim Nikolaevich Ryabkov, received a letter of appreciation from the RBF for outstanding sports results and high-quality organization of sports events.
