However, in the middle of the quarter, the juniors found their rhythm and by the end of it they were already leading – 17:13. The Yekaterinburg team kept the lead in the second quarter. Elizaveta Kolotovkina, Maria Sedyakina and Daria Sharova propelled their team forward with a comfortable advantage. At the end of the period, the score was 38:24 in favour of the team of Tatyana Fefilova.
The third part saw a scoring exchange, but the young “Foxes” did not lose the gained advantage and continued to lead the score – 54:38 before the final quarter.
There was no sensation at the end of the encounter. The Stavropol players resisted and even won locally in points, but the difference in the score was too significant. UMMC-Junior brought the game to victory – 70:59.
