UMMC continues preparations for the season

The basketball team UMMC continues preparations for the new season in the Nizhny Novgorod region at the recreation center “Izumrudnoe”.

Viktoriia Zavialova, Anastasiia Shilova, Elena Beglova, Anastasia Olairi Kosu, Albina Razheva, Kseniia Levchenko, Alexandra Stolyar and Zhosselina Maiga, as well as five players from the youth team of the club – Daria Sharova, Daria Sidorova, Nina Ulchenkova, Margarita Kuziakina and Polina Kuznetsova are currently working under the guidance of Dmitrii Donskov.

The other day the “Foxes” held an open training session for students of the State Budgetary Institution for Supplementary Education “Moscow Basketball Academy”. Young basketball players were able not only to see how the Russian champions were training, but also to communicate with the “stars” in a relaxed atmosphere.

The team will return to Yekaterinburg on September 13 and will play several friendly games before the season starts.

UMMC will play the first game in the Russian Championship on October 8 on the road, meeting with “Dynamo” Moscow, and “the Foxes” will play the first home game against “Neftyanik” Omsk on October 12.
