EuroLeague Women 1/4 Final match UMMC against BLMA on March 11 is cancelled due to French team no-show

In the morning, French club BLMA’s management announced its decision to refrain from coming to Ekaterinburg to have the EuroLeague Women Quarter-Final match. The French side officially informed FIBA Europe about this decision. In return, FIBA Europe notified BC UMMC about the cancellation of Game 1 of the Quarter-Final series originally scheduled on March 11. So far, by the end of the week FIBA Europe management must make up its mind and came up with a verdict about the cancelled game and the perspectives for the other matches of the series between UMMC and BLMA for the place in the EuroLeague Women Final Four.

It means that UMMC is going to have the next Russian Premier-league game on March 15. Foxes are about to face Enisey (Krasnoyarsk). The match will be played at DIVS Sport arena, the game starts at 17.00.
