Born on November 12, 1977 in Dalmatovo arean of the Kurgan region.
In 2000 graduated from the Foreign languages department of the Ural State University named after A.M. Gorkiy. In 2003 completed the internal post-graduate studies of the same university. Ph.D. in Linguistics.
FIBA Manager. In 2014 graduated from the World Academy of Sports (Manchester, Great Britain) after taking "FIBA Manager" specialty course in the FIBA Academy.
2003-2005 Director of the EVRAZ professional basketball club (Ekaterinburg)
2005-2006 Deputy Director of the BC UMMC
Since June 2006 Director of the BC UMMC
Main achievements as BC UMMC Director: 4-times EuroLeague Champion (2013, 2016, 2018, 2019), 3-times SuperCup Women Champion (2013, 2016, 2018), 11-times Champion of Russia (2009-2019), 8-times Russian Cup Winner (2009-2014, 2016, 2018), 8-times EuroLeague runner-up (2008-2012, 2014, 2015, 2017).
