Born on November 22, 1961 in Kirovgrad (Sverdlovsk region)
In 1984 graduated from Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys majoring in "special materials technology in electronic equipment".
In 1989 completed the internal post-graduate studies in National University of Science and Technology (MISIS). Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics (1990).
In 1989-1990 Head of the university laboratory.
1990-1995 Chief engineer in scientific and technological center "Ecology".
1995-2002 Commercial Director of JSC "Uralelektromed"
Since 2002 – Commercial Director of "UMMC-Holding"
