An acting Russian and EuroLeague Champion stayed flawless after taking another win in the regular championship of the Russian Premier-league. Tonight Miguel Mendez’s team competing in Krasnoyarsk defeated local Enisey and took the eighth hundred in the season.

By the time of the interval break UMMC was 21 points in front of the opponent – 57:36, in the middle of the next quarter Foxes stretched the leadership by 30 points – 72:42. The final period turned into a matter of routine. With two and a half minutes until the end, UMMC passed one hundred points mark and blasted its way to a mammoth 66:105 triumph against local Enisey.
UMMC center players Maria Vadeeva and Emma Meesseman led the way and each ended up with 23 points. Breanna Stewart added 20 more points, while Allie Quigley showed great stats and contributed 17 points, 8 assists and 7 rebounds.
Adelina Abaiburova tried hard for Enisey and finished the match with 13 points.
Foxes are having the next game on February 24 at UMMC arena. The Russian Cup titleholder Nadezhda Orenburg is going to visit the reigning Russian Champion UMMC in order to compete for the SuperCup RFB title. The match starts at 17:00.
