Maxim RYABKOV
 Was born on 12 of November in Kurgan oblast Dalmatovo region.
In 2000 he graduated from the Foreign Languages Department of the Ural State University after A.M. Gorky.
In 2003 he finished the internal postgraduate study of the same University.
He is the Candidate of the philological sciences.
Since 2003 till 2005 Maxim Ryabkov acted as a Director of the professional Basketball Club “Evraz” (Yekaterinburg).
2005 – 2006 – second in charge of the basketball club “UMMC”.
In June 2006 he was appointed as a Director of the Basketball Club “UMMC”. for print
